- Enhance Participation-Collaboration-Communication & Learning, with internal and external stakeholders.
Approach to achieve the Targeted objectives
- The key components enabled and automated by the GARS system implementation were:
- Provide field contractors with online web based and Solo/Exc
- Ability for client-rep to communicate with field contractors to validate submitted reports, or ask for additional information via automated workflows
- Projects-driven dashboards for GOG to get a consolidated view across all data acquisition projects – viewed geographically, by type, or other pre-defined criteria.
- Daily activity report approval capabilities for GOG
- Provide exploration/exploitation managers, and other relevant stakeholders with online reporting dashboards, with the ability to drilldown to activity details published by GOG.
- Automatic Data collection and consolidation: Enabled automated workflow and alerting controls to facilitate routine or on-demand data updates for individual projects by managers or other authorized personnel. Workflow and forms were setup to provide guidance to submitters as to which specific data fields required updates.

- Access to in-process and historical data
- Reduce costs by managing multiple regulatory requirements with the enterprise Orchestra™ platform
- Safeguard brand and reputation through information reliability and data protection using the smart sync Solo™ desktop client.
- Transform uncertainty into opportunity with visibility to key risk and performance indicators
- Filter System: Provided capabilities to sort, filter, rank, prioritize and search projects and related data using online dashboards.
