IDDS (Integrated Drug Development Suite)

IDDS™ is a suite of orchestrated processes and solutions that are essential for R&D processes in a pharma / biotech company.  The suite is a single system and provides the infrastructure required for an enterprise to operate effectively and efficiently globally.

IDDS is built on Orchestra™, a scalable, secure SOA platform, which provides core capabilities and services that employees need during the course of developing molecules from Research to Development to Production.

IDDS includes several stage gated processes that are configured using PointCross' FDK (Funnel Development Kit).  IDDS users are provided with role-based controls for the business processes and functions over which they have responsibilities.  IDDS provides various types of portfolio, program and project management offices.

The underlying Orchestra platform serves various needs of enterprise including knowledge management, expertise tracking and skillpool management. It ensures that the toughest of audit traceability, security and confidentiality policies can be met for the storage and transmission of records, emails, and data.

Users are also provided with data exchange services and reporting schemas that allow them to output information they are authorized to access into online, offline, and desktop applications.  IDDS additionally has an array of charting, graphing, and scenario planning capabilities.
