Integrated Title Management Solution (ITMS)

ITMS is a component of IEPS (Integrated Suite for E&P) for managing workflows of people within and E&P company and the agents outside who are concerned with ensuring legal access and rights to the land or property where the company plans to prospect, take seismic data, drill wells, or produce resources.

ITMS provides secure channels for communicating and progressing title clearance efforts to meet drilling and other business schedules. The system has an outward facing VDR (Virtual Data Room) that allows external parties to communicate and exchange data and content while the title management staff works within their enterprise environment. Workflows are configured to drive notifications and alerts to roles to which people can be easily mapped. Dashboards for rapid reviews of status and monitoring progress are available for each of the main stakeholders.
