I Wish...

I Wish… is an award winning support process that handles client support needs. The "I Wish…" icon is found in all solutions and applications.

I Wish… is used by the customer to:

"I Wish..." is a maturation process that begins by triaging customer feedback, requests for new features and capabilities, and complaints about ergonomic or performance issues. It is a virtual user group that automatically extends our reach to all users.

The "I Wish…" solution is built on the Orchestra platform to facilitate tracking software requests from definition (Triage) through deployment (Production). We use "I Wish…" to capture and process all customer solutions and product features, support request and bug reports, to develop internal product enhancements and roadmaps.
