The Semantic Data Exchanger (SDE™) is a flexible, vendor-neutral data model management and data interchange toolkit built on the Orchestra platform.
SDE serves as a configurable service-oriented toolkit for exchanging data between different applications. Data interchange is executed with integrity and audit traceability. SDE allows companies to rapidly create pre-clinical and clinical data submission packages in full compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements.
Key features include:
- SDE is configurable, extensible and supports multiple data models
- Provides complete separation of data models from the storage and rendering
- Allows data models to be built, updated and version controlled
- Native data store is vendor-neutral XML
- Provides Any-to-Any Hooks into other systems with traceability including: business acquisition and scientific applications to warehouse schemas; and universal corporate data models as well as CDISC, HL7 and other standards-based SDTM, XML or other formats.
