- SPMS comprises a Project Management Office with dashboards, status updates, progress tracking and management reporting for all common seismic data projects and studies
- SPMS provides a business information framework to handle all content (emails, documents, data) generated during execution of seismic projects
- SPMS is configured with online and/or offline Excel forms to allow daily reporting of project progress, schedule and budget updates from company and vendor representatives
- SPMS is pre-configured with an extensible meta-data set (region, location, corporate division, seismic project type, phase) covering all common seismic data projects and studies
- SPMS uses inbuilt capabilities of the Orchestra platform to handle secure role-based project access and vendor contact information
- SPMS enables linkages to be created between related projects such as acquisition, processing and geodetics to allow a programmatic view into costs and schedule
- SPMS allows cost commits to be reported against AFEs providing early warning into project finances and potential cost overruns.
