PointCross’ IEPS suite includes a family of Portfolio Management
Solutions, which can be deployed as part of the overall suite, or individually.
These solutions are used to evaluate E&P assets at the property level
to provide an assessment of asset performance and potential based on their
level of maturation through the E&P Exploration-to-Production lifecycle.

Features
- Asset portfolios are aggregations of data on asset status and forecasts
from their stage in the E&P lifecycle into a common portfolio presentation
with analysis and presentation tools provided as part of Orchestra IEPS
or integrated to existing customer tools.
- Data from each stage of the E&P lifecycle carry a corresponding level
of confidence. This is broadly defined as the Assured Value Level (AVL)
and the granularity of the AVL from 0 to 100% can be defined.
- Specific standard portfolio dimensions are provided by default, or they
be redefined to meet specific requirements. Default dimensions include
NPV, ROCE, Reserve Estimation, and CapEx required to exploit the asset,
probability of success and others.
- Portfolio dimensions of criteria normalized to financial and production
and production potential metrics.
- Analysis tools include the ability to differentiate assets baskets by
regions, hydrocarbon types, partners (operating, NOCs, non-operating partners),
asset potential and other user-specified criteria
- Profile asset-specific risks and uncertainties
- Define and model outcomes of baskets of assets using PointCross' ACRS
(Analysis, Control, and Reporting System), and integrate to external analysis
tools
- Interactive tabular and graphical with drill down analysis
