Exploitation assets entering the funnel are associated with a set of metadata entered through online forms, or spreadsheets. Metadata include:
- General Header information about the asset
Geological, Engineering and Production characteristics - Financial metrics
- General Header information about the asset
- Each stage includes a Business Information Framework including workspaces, collaboration and communication tools, and document/data management systems to carry work-in-progress.
- Toll-gates separate stages and toll-gate reviewers are responsible for allowing prospects to mature from one stage to the next one. Toll-gates can be set up to be flexible or with strict criteria and controls.
- Skilled people and designated project managers are assigned to the project, and the expertise tracking capabilities of the Orchestra platform can be used to find the right skills in the a large dispersed company.
- Exploitation prospects and their summarized metadata can be aggregated, filtered, sorted, and analyzed via interactive drilldown dashboards.
- Data from selected Exploitation prospects can be charted and viewed and users can drill down into the specific prospect’s metadata and the work products of the Exploitation activities.
