PointCross Inc., is a privately held Delaware Corporation doing business in Foster City, CA and in Sugar Land, TX. It has two foreign subsidiaries, PointCross EU based in Paris, France and PointCross.com Pvt. Ltd., based in Bangalore, India. PharmQuest Inc., was acquired by PointCross Inc., in late 2006. PointCross has early stage investments from VC firms as well as angel investors and is not raising capital at this time.

Note to our PointCross Shareholders, including erstwhile PharmQuest shareholders: Any holder of PharmQuest stock who failed to avail of the share transfer offer made at the time of the PharmQuest acquisition by PointCross may still exchange them for PointCross share certificates upon making a signed, written request, accompanied by a check for $1,285.00 (transfer fees) made out to PointCross Inc., The request may be addressed to:
